You can easily pay for your FoondaMate Plan using the TymeBank App. Head over to the Get Started page<\/a> and choose Tymebank as your way to pay. Or follow the steps below:<\/p>\n

How to pay FoondaMate from the TymeBank App<\/h3>\n

Add FoondaMate as a new beneficiary<\/h4>\n

Start by adding the FoondaMate Capitec Business account as a beneficiary on your TymeBank App like this:<\/p>\n

Make a payment to the FoondaMate account<\/h4>\n

After adding FoondaMate as a beneficiary, select “Pay Somone” and choose the FoondaMate Capitec Business account. Then add your WhatsApp number as your beneficiary reference, and complete the payment.<\/p>\n

Using your WhatsApp number as the beneficiary reference will mean your FoondaMate Plan can be activated instantly.<\/p>\n

If you’re not sure how to do that, this is where you can add your WhatsApp number as the reference on your TymeBank App:<\/p>\n

What to do if you forgot to add your number as the reference<\/h4>\n

You don’t need to panic if you paid for your FoondaMate Plan without using your WhatsApp number as the reference. Simply send an email to the FoondaMate team at team@foondamate.com<\/a> with your proof of payment so they can help you activate your plan.<\/p>\n

If you’re not sure where to get your proof of payment, select your every day account, and go into your payment history. Click into the payment you made, and take a screenshot.<\/p>\n

If you’re struggling to take screenshot in the TymeBank App, just press “send payment notification” and send the proof of payment to yourself via email.<\/p>\n

Then, save it on your device and send it via email to the FoondaMate team at\u00a0team@foondamate.com<\/a>\u00a0to get your plan activated.<\/p>\n

Can I pay from any other banks?<\/h3>\n

Of course! You can pay for your FoondaMate plan via the Capitec App<\/a>, the Nedbank App<\/a>, or any other bank account.<\/p>\n

All you have to do is make your payments to the FoondaMate account with these details:<\/p>\n

Branch Code:<\/strong> 470010 or the branch code automatically added on your banking app<\/p>\n

Bank:<\/strong> Capitec Business\u00a0\u2014 select \u2018capitec business\u2019 not just \u2018capitec bank\u2019<\/i><\/p>\n

Beneficiary reference:<\/strong> Use your WhatsApp number as the reference to get your plan activated ASAP<\/p>\n
